Or do I need to actually copy posts over? It would be nice to have my feed listed here somehow, on my profile page, but I'm not sure what to do!

Would LOVE to know how to do this, thanks for starting this!

There's a section on your profile for RSS feeds, in the column on the left hand side.

Thanks so much! That's great!

It would be really nice for an RSS function, permitting me to Cross-post. I really don't want to have to enter my blog entry twice for my article to show up in the center of my page, instead of the left. Is there any way to accomplish this? Or am I stuck with the RSS on the left solution?

I would love to know the answer too! Please let me know if you find out.

Is the RSS feature in the bottom-left hand side of the page a widget? If so, then there should be a method of transferring/copying it to the assorted box in the middle of the page. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the Ning way of doing things to answer either the question or the consequent problem.

Ah... Well, Spring Widgets may be nice, but I have a few concerns.
A) I want to ensure that my site gets the hits, not "Spring Widgets" if at all possible. I'd rather host the widget than have them do it.
B) Spring Widgets is owned by Fox Interactive Media. The last thing I want to do is give NewsCorp and the Conservative media my business, even if the gadgets are slick and "free". Hard to be a Liberal and support the other side y'know ;D I'll probably go with MuseStorm instead.

I didn't say it was bad to be Free. I was implying it's bad to help Conservative Media, or to give Conservative Media easy access to re-purposing my content to their ends. If they scrape it off the web, there's not a whole lot I can do about that, but I don't have to help them get closer. I would guess that a lot of their widget use is advertising driven in some way, or statistic driven. So it's probably not entirely free. They get something for my using their widgets, and it's information on the people who view my site. Information is power, and sometimes money. So... why give them any more power than they already have?

I personally don't know yet about MuseStorm needing a phone number, I don't recall providing them with a phone number the last time I used it.

Regardless there are plenty of other Widget guys out there. :)

I found another if you're not a great fan of MuseStorm or SpringWidgets:

Clearspring, another Widget house.

Widgetbox.com has a widget that can do this, too. It's called blidget. I've put one on my page (with the help of another friendly Ning user). Also, Amphetameme, I imagine most visitors will click through to your actual site from the widget. The feeds are truncated, so what appears on the page is really just a teaser. I think it'd create hits rather than prevent them.
