Amanda's comment below about sticking kids to a velcro wall cracks me up! I blog about my "Thinglets", farm life, faith and well - I'm wishing I could "velcro"

It looks like a common question is how to get more readers. Weekly meme's are a good writing prompt to get you out of a rut as well as a great way to boost readership especially of those people who share intrests. Hope this is helpful.

Check out my new meme FAB Friday - Mom's unite and make lemonade out of lemons!

Sarah, I'm TOTALLY with you! Sometimes I wonder why I'm posting my thoughts online. Wouldn't a simple diary do? But I enjoy sharing my thoughts and family news with family and friends, others of similar mindset or those curious about the strange lives we lead.

Tonight? Caught up on our Charitable Deeds project, but WAY behind on the family blog...book deadline looming...priorities... ;)

Commenting, and traffic. So I admit, one reason I blog is because i like to hear from other people, feel connected, get read. I am a writer and a mom and a very busy person. When I don;t hear any feedback I tend to feel really down. That's TMI i'm sure and I sound pathetic. But its true.

Should I stop caring, probably. But let's say I don't. How do you guys get other people to read your blog? And comment?

I'm a poet/blogger and mommy of a 11 month old baby girl. Its been kinda hard to blog since she started walking and getting into EVERYTHING lol but naptime is my savior :) I have no clue what I'll do once she grows out of naps. I write about alot of things but my favorite is her.

I am blogging all month for NaBloPoMo again this year. When I just visited my NaBloPoMo page I noticed some of my pictures I had up since the 1st year I blogged for NaBloPoMo in 2007. They are of my daughter. Earlier this year my hard drive crashed and burned and I lost a whole 2 years worth of pictures of her. It was a pleasant surprise to find some pictures of her I thought were lost forever. I mostly write about my daughter. But there are other moments in my life I share as well. I do blog for the fun of it though! It's an outlet.

I am a mommy blogger. I have more than one blog, but my Mommy Blog is Mommy-Blogger.net. I have started to become a lot more active with it and try to do more than 2 posts a week. I am hoping to increase that since I have a long list of topics, including crafting, recipes, mommy stuff, and more.

well i have "mommy" in my blog name...that is the first thing that comes to mind when i identify aspects of myself...i have a 4-year-old daughter, sea, and a 20-month-old son, story...love capturing our lives together in photos and words and am always struggling to "be" and live in the moment without getting it all down...
