I'm running again after several years and can get to it at least twice a week. My goal is to run a 5K in late December. I'm not concerned with the time right now. I just want to run most of it!

I'm curious to know what types of schedules or programs people follow to meet their running goals. Any 5K or 10K runners out there with advice for a newbie?

coolrunning.com has a couch to 5K program for new runners. You could try that. Good luck!
