Is it really terrible to let your cranky/crying/screaming/whining-having melt-downs twin two year olds eat fruit snacks for breakfast IF it makes them happy and stop crying/whining at you? ~ Did I mention they have REAL fruit/juice in them?

My six-year-old eats fruit snacks for breakfast without having to cry and whine. Fruit snacks for breakfast has never killed anybody and it never will.

All of my child's nutrition comes from processed chicken nuggets and fruit snacks. He might grow breasts from the chicken hormones, but he will never get scurvy.

They're eating. Don't worry, be happy.

that is SO not a problem. i gave my daughter a chocolate chip cookie this morning rationalizing that it's Sunday.

I think giving twin 2 year olds chocolate cake for any meal once in a while is perfectly acceptable. Consider it a chocolate donut. With frosting.

My son ate cold spaghetti-os when he was three years old, every morning, for almost six months. He's now an athlete and eats healthy meals. I didn't stop the disgusting pasta. Nor can I take credit for the healthy diet. He did it on his own.

Nope not at all. Just like mine insisted on having cheese puffs one morning just because she wanted them and I wasn't feeling all that hot. I didn't want to hear the whining and frankly didn't care. She was getting something to eat. I was feeling miserable and just wanted to crawl back into bed. She was quite and eating, I was happy for that.

I'm sure it's just the same as a fry up for breakfast or pancakes! Nothing wrong at all and you made them happy got them to eat and had one less stress for you. All good in my eyes!
