Hi from the straddler!

Hi everybody. Ok, so I hail from around Santa Barbara. Just so that you can see me hailing, imagine tiny me on my tall husband's shoulders (we've been married for a month and 5 days)--at least during the weekend. During the week, I work in Sunnyvale (yes, the Bay Area), which means that, every Monday morning, I plop myself and my little dog into my car and drive up there, spend the week in a dark, musty motel room when I'm not at work, and drive back home on Friday afternoons. Social life happens on weekends. Blog life, well, that happens during the week. Glad to be here!

Actually my daughter just graduated and was seriously considering a commute from Irvine to San Fran/Berkley. She opted to just move to Irvine but she still LOVES the bay area. sigh.; ▶ Reply to This
