I'm teaching kindergarten in Texas. This is my second year teaching kindergarten and I've noticed these kids are a lot more advanced than my bunch last year. Of course, I'm at a different school where the parents put a lot more pressure on them.

Anyway, I've just started using my blog for my teaching stuff... And I'm always looking for teacher blogs to visit - either to commiserate with or to get new ideas from!

I am certified to teach math in grades 7-12 however I am currently a permanent substitute teacher in a middle school. Gotta love the current economy. Schools are combining class sizes and there are less and less positions available. However, I am thankful for what I have. At least I'm able to work in a school, right? I am getting experience and having a lot of fun. :)
