Diplomats or Rebels?

Interesting, the Bush administration will start forcing diplomats to deploy to Iraq. It seems no one wants to volunteer. Hmm? I just read the most interesting post about a man in South Africa who traveled to Iraq to save the animals in the Bagdad zoo and yet this administration is so ineffectual it cannot inspire people to volunteer as diplomats to Iraq.

Any thoughts?

They too have to worry about their children and families if they are killed over there. I do NOT feel sorry for the "Diplomats" who are having to go there. They get paid the big bucks, so now they can earn their pay.

My thought is that a true leader can inspire people to do what they don't want or never thought possible. We have all kinds of good and bad examples of this throughout history. It always surprises the ones who are elected into office, soon forget where their loyalty should be focused on. Look at our country. There are so many issues that need to be dealt with. She said it wasn't a Carte Blanche. Is she kidding? Has she not been paying attention? He feels like he doesn't need anybody's approval or permission. She's made it way easier for him to invade Iran.; ▶ Reply to This
