About Me:: I recently kicked off a new local advertising website www.butlerbrat.com! I'm a dreamer & wanna-be entrepreneur, (and wanna-be writer, super-model, and princess but my wanna-be status frequently changes), other-wise full-time working mom & wife married to a wonderful knight in shining armor who shares the responsibility of my 2 teenage daughters...he's out-numbered by us including our female dachshund, Niski. We purchased an old farmhouse this past summer (2007) and spent our summer vacation - getting our home inhabitable. We'll have a lifetime of projects, but enjoy seeing the transformation!

1st Work Day of 2008

Back to work – it felt like a Monday, didn’t’ it? I’m glad I was actually off Monday or it would have felt like 2 Mondays in one week (ugh – sounds like a good reason to call in sick!). BANG! The 1st Day of the New Year

Ahhhh. A nice peaceful day off in the middle of the week, the 1st day of the new year. How lovely. Not so much so far.

6 piles of dirty laundry sorted and spread out all over the floor.
