I like your writing style, and I can relate to a lot of what you blog about. I think my daughter (Maya) and Ariel are roughly the same age; also, I, too was on an elimination diet when I was nursing b/c Maya had dairy and soy allergies (and reflux). I lost 15 pounds and my sanity on that damned diet! Wish I'd known about that Chocolate Almond Breeze back then!
