Water is an important aspect for any healthy lifestyle program.
It’s recommended to drink water based on your thirst level. So, if you’re thirsty, drink some water, but don’t force yourself to drink 8 – 8oz glasses unless that’s what you want to do. Of course, if you’re exercising, especially in hot weather, you need to drink more.

I will be consulting your dietitian, as as my issues pile up I'm totally confused about what is left for me to eat other than sticks and twigs. I must admit to being unwilling to deal with all this and to doing my best to ignore it all, but I know that's not healthy.
