Just a quick rant

Hubby, L and I went down to our city's fall art fesitval today. It was a beautiful day, mid 70s, sunny, just gorgeous. We stopped by a booth that my mother in law was working and two other ladies at the booth wanted to say hi to L who was on my front in the mei tai. That's cool and all, I don't mind, but L turned her head away and fussed a little so I figured they would back off and let her be. A.M. Happiness

I love the smiles I get from L in the morning as we wake up together. She sleeps with us most nights and waking up next to her is one of my favorite times of day. Even if I'm really tired and not ready to start my day yet, I can't help smiling back at her. Her cheeriness is infectious. I was a reluctant cosleeper at first, but have come to love having her cuddle next to me all night long. And the mornings, well, they're just wonderful. Somebody Please Come By In Two Weeks

and wrestle this cable box from our hands. PLEASE. We may not be able to give it up. Somehow we forgot about things like, Comedy Central (which has even been vastly approved upon with the Colbert Report) and The Discovery Channel and ESPN. How did we give that up so easily before? I don't know. Wish I could remember, cause right now, it's so tempting to just keep the box, at least for the special pricing trial period. I mean, it IS a good deal - 30 bucks for 300 channels...
