12 year old balsamic vinegar
guacamole. Not avocado. Guacamole.
the sauce that comes with the spicy agedashi tofu
Japanese soy sauce.
Raincoast Crisps [also known as: Fancy Cracker]
garlic. If in a dipping sauce - say, tzatziki - so much the better.

I think I was damned near in my 30's before I even tasted 12 year old balsamic vinegar...

so, this is a whole other level of NaBloPoMo...

Well, last year I just had to write posts, but this year - well! - I have damn near a whole other site to maintain! With some barebones customizing and a little fiddling done, I may decide to take on further personalizing before next month rolls around. But, with the way my schedule is shaping up between now and then? I can't promise anything. But I'm thinking that crazy schedule will lend itself to some good blog fodder for 30 days of blogging in the calm and rain of November!
