I live a low carbon lifestyle and my blog is purely a diary. My foci are helping people to live more ethically, with reduced carbon emissions and waste, more self-reliant and more enjoyable. My buzz word is sustainability.

Don't know that I can convince you. I know that I get a big jump in readership through here so it has let me get my blogs out there better. But, there is a platau that has been hit in my subscriptions.
You have to decide how it benefits you. You seem to be pretty well established, so maybe it wouldn't work for you.
