Caramelized Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Market Day - Nov 10

It was an absolutely gorgeous day. I bought some orange sweet potatoes from Jerry - have to have them for Thanksgiving's requisite marshmallow topped sweet potato casserole! :-D A new farmer was there selling baked goods and salad mix so we picked up a pound of that. I learned to crochet in college (many, many years ago . . . ), but I just taught myself to knit last winter. Not to purl yet—maybe this winter! So far I have managed to produce a lovely garter stitch scarf, and nothing else. :)
