About Me:: I am a 34 years old German Amateur photographer,
currently living in Kuwait, trying to cope with the heat.
Having the chance to travel the world since a little while,
I discovered photography as a tool to remember places and situations.
I have a very bad memory,
which explains the amount of pictures
and the sometimes weird stories.
You will find a wild mixture of themes here.

Thanks - I thought so. They must have tightened security a bit, or my Photo provider has changed the code, I can't post videos no more either :( Which host do you use and how complicated is the mo... Read More »

I love wordpress

Yes. I do :)

They are coming up with new, easy Layouts all the time. I can goof around with them.
Some you can add your own stuff too.
With the Sandbox theme you could even make your own Style sheet.

I live the Pages and Categories.

I miss a few things, but I can live with that for now. Until I find the perfect host for me and I get around to do a real webpage, I stick with this. But even than, I'll keep wordpress.

Can eye sight get better?

I went and made an eye - test today.
I wanted to get some decent sun glasses with prescription.

Found some nice ones, not too expensive. Now, in a real glasses shop, you should think, all are good and good against the sun light, no? No.

Watching and wondering

Is pretty much what I do lately.
Wonder how things work in this place.
Wonder why not everything just falls apart ;)
Things work quite different here than anywhere else.
Must be with so many mixed cultures. There are 2 million Expatriates here and 1 million Kuwaitis.
I mean, take for example all the lowly paid workers, I'm not talking about the guys that take your trash or drive the taxi, I mean the ones that clean the malls and keep the toilets ti…
