You know, it's not been hard AT ALL for me to post every day. I've been totally jazzed and in fact have been spurred in my other writing too. BUT what I know about myself is that I am always gung ho at the beginning of a project. I'm a little worried that it's the end of the second week that's going to kick my butt. Some people - that's when they hit their stride - but that's when the "new" wears off for me. I am encouraged by all of the prompts and ideas out there, though. Sometimes it takes me struggling a bit to get to the creative, meaty writing. I also have a regular time to write - and that helps me a lot when I do start to struggle. Why do you think having the structure of NaBlo makes it tougher for you to post? Do you feel pressured? Are you worried about new people finding your blog? I've been really interested in the quotes you gather. They seem to churn your idea factory. Sometimes photo prompts work better for me than word prompts. I LOVE words but when the well is running dry, a photo can tap into a whole other reservoir. Does that sound weird?

PS - I've now seen a couple of blogs reference the friends they made during last year's NaBlo and the fact that they're still friends. I think that's cool. I want to stay connected too.

Did you get the book or did you just start with the info on the web for your SoulCollage cards? I'm all ready to jump in but then there's this part of me that says - wait, wait you don't know enough yet. (BTW the ads on the side say "Huge selection, great deal on Shiloh items." What do you think they mean by Shiloh items? Do you get that a lot? Or do people mention the book by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor (which is one of my all time favorites)? Peace.

I have everything on hand - and it's not unlike projects I've played with before, but new angles on older ideas are always helpful. It's a non-threatening way to take a deeper look inside.
