Matchbox Ford GT

One of my son’s newer addition to his toy collection, a Matchbox Ford GT toy car. He doesn’t really get this brand since he likes another toy brand more than this but he could not resist not having a Ford GT. Who wouldn’t?

“Thank you”

Two small words that mean a big difference. In one of my other blog among others, I get a lot of inquiries. There are those who write “Thank you” “God bless you” whenever they end their queries, even if they are not sure that I will answer them.

Of course, I do answer, no matter how these inquiries were written.

Sipa, a Philippine Native Sport

I have never learned how to play this game called SIPA, the Philippines national sport. This requires agility and speed which I know nothing about.

Perhaps because I was a bit clumsy as a child who never learned how to to do jump rope moves not jump on Chinese garter being played during recess nor ride bikes, I wasn’t able to “master” games that require some physical prowess.

Sliced Apples and Chocolate Milk Drink

Sliced apples and chocolate milk drink. I know these do not exactly “match” but they love both so that is what I give them.

The apples were washed using (I know this may sound weird) liquid dish washing soap to ensure that the skin is clean. The apple is then sliced thinly so that they can easily eat the pieces and not feel that have had too much of the fruit.

Greens on our Table

I love greens, from the raw vegetable salad to the greens like camote tops, malunggay leaves, pechay and others that go with other food cooked as viand. As a healthy alternative, I personally prepare my own vegetable salad for my consumption. This is way less expensive than if I have to buy those that are ready-made.
