I tried NaNoWriMo one year, and just couldn't do it. Turns out I don't really enjoy writing fiction. I like reading it, but writing it just isn't my cup of tea.

Today started out very relaxed, porridge in bed, watching some Tivo. Then we wandered out to a local health food shop to pick up a couple of ingredients for the CSA farmshare potluck to start around 4. Today I exercised for the first time in about 4 months. Since having an operation on my finger (2 months out of action), dental surgery (2 weeks out), and a trip to Australia (6 weeks out including recovery time!), meaning sometime in early August.
