I suppose you could say i've failed at the whole 'month of blogging thing'... when in fact, it has more to do with some days I cannot bring myself to write what it is i've been thinking about in such an open forum, and so i've kept some of my posts private... actually, for the last five days... or seven, not sure, i've been doing some private posts that i've looked back on with some emotion.

It is hard to put everything out there... expose yourself so thoroughly, and so I haven't. Perh

I believe in free speech, I believe in rights, I believe everyone has the right to their own opinion, and that making choices for ourselves is the only true freedom we ever have.

But today I was shocked... I know there are people out there who don't support the military, I know that there are those out there who are very against Canada even having one, and that we shouldn't be involved in Afghanistan... but I never actually knew I knew one.

Two days ago I discovered that that guy I've been trying to forget about is in the military, and going to basic training on saturday. And I was fine with it... I knew he applied. My sister recently got out of a long 8 year relationship, one she had been in since highschool in fact. It had been coming for awhile.. let me just say that he was content with the status quo, and she was not.

She is mid 20's, in her career, and starting out a new life... and everyone has told her to take it slow, don't jump into new relationships, take time for herself and such. Even me actually- she had told me she met a new guy and he was amazing, and giving her everything she neede

I missed my post for yesterday, I do have a reason which is reasonable, but not completely forgiven- I was at work yesterday and they do not allow you to go to any kind of fun sites, and then I went to my good friends birthday party all evening. I did try and post last night while I was partly drunk, and exhausted... but even my computer didn't think that would be a good idea.

My thoughts today have been on what people do to fit in, and to be accepted. Isn't it funny how most people ar
