Oops - I had my post-of-the-day written, but then forgot to actually post it. I've failed already. *sigh*

Today was pretty crummy. I could not get the hang of the day. I was stuck in my head a lot - thoughts whirling around.

Questioning where I am, why I'm here, what I'm doing, and did I make the right decisions on the way here.

I miss a lot of people. People close, people far away.

I miss Denver.

I miss the familiar.

Post of the Day

I was a little late for work this morning. I don't know what my problem is with Mondays. I don't think it was the time change. Just the usual slow-going Monday. Otherwise, I was pretty busy. Glad I worked a couple hours on Saturday though - much better feeling caught up.

Took my mini player with me and watched some Firefly on my lunch hour. That was very enjoyable. :)

My day went fairly fast until all of a sudden it was 5:00 and dark outside. Ugh.....I hate winter. :(

A Beautiful Day

Finally down for the night. It's been a very nice day. Up early, watched some tv, poked around a little, cleaned up. Didn't get as much done as I had planned, but that's ok.

Packed a picnic lunch and met up with the scooter club. There were 8 of us riding today. It was a very nice group and a warm, beautiful day. We headed West to Horsetooth Reservoir, pulled over at the top and had lunch at the picnic tables by the lake. Then we rode back down the hill. I had a blast! I'd love to do t…

My Saturday

Finally have a chance to check in here. It's been a pretty busy day.

Last night I went out for Happy Hour with a new friend. That was nice. Stayed out a bit longer than I had planned, but not too bad.

Got up at a reasonable hour this morning. Kept busy with bill paying and other tediousness. Then went into work for a couple hours to get caught up on some filing.

Took myself out for lunch and got to enjoy some quiet time to read my book. I have great hope in actually…
