I am posting to my blogspace here, instead of on Blogger; for some reason, Blogger is having issues. Issues I've spent the last few hours praying would be resolved. But that did me no good, so now I'm just annoyed and tired.

What a long day. I'm wiped out and anxious to get to sleep already. My blog for today is up. I spent half the day baking GFCF banana bread, and the other half prepping E. coli in the lab at school. Good times.

Over at my blog, we're talking lunch and my trip to the shooting range. What was I doing at the range?, you ask. Well, apparently Monday night is ladies' nite, which means I get to shoot free. Between the "Annie Get Your Gun" songs in my head and the noise of those hand cannons going off, I'm exhausted.

Over at my blog I've posted a recipe for gluten-free/casein-free pineapple velvet cupcakes (and what would cupcakes be without frosting, am I right?). And I'm sending birthday love to my baby girl Zoe who is turning---gasp---ten years old! She's growing up so fast. Okay, I've got to stop with the crying already!

Over at my blog the topic of the day is birthdays. My husband's was yesterday, my daughter's is today, and mine is this Wednesday. My daughter narrowly avoided sharing a birthday with her dad, missing it by 3 hours and 55 minutes. Seems like only yesterday I was in the hospital, Lamaze breathing and trying to ignore the roller coaster ride I was on in labor. Ouch.
