Yay ... my daily posting burden over at Becoming A Fiction Writer is now officially over. My final post for July is called Success with NaBloPoMo and a Google Page Rank.That pretty much says it all, so it's over and out from me here.

I'm an obsessive list-maker, and it's inherited from my mother. If I go and visit her she'll often even refer to a list of things she wanted to tell me about - usually an odd collection of gossip, facts and useful information and tips.

I'm a big fan of the Writers Weekly 24-hour short story contest, which happens four times a year. The main reason I'm a big fan is that this kind of time pressure actually makes me write something. NaNoWriMo, NaBloPoMo, 24-hour short stories - see any pattern here?
