I've been surfing the other quilters' blogs and feeling guilty that I've had no quilty goodness on my blog recently. Last night, I was DROOLING over the idea of taking a quilting retreat with you!!!!! I will save my pennies (and get past the triathlon) and then I will be signing up. Do you like leading the retreats? (My mom and I own a knit shop which I left behind when I moved out of state this summer) and we've done mini-retreats but not "real" ones. I like teaching and facilitating workshops and have wondered if it was a big transition from there to a longer format. I'd love to hear your perspective (= post topic if you get to scraping the bottom of the NaBlo barrel?) Ok - I'm terrible about leaving insanely long comments so I'll be quiet now. :D Thanks again!

I come from a family of quilters but have only made one to date, for my son. At this rate, the next one I make will be for our 2nd child. =) But I LOVE quilts & quilters.
