Well it is official. I won Nanowrimo. And I lost NaBloPoMo (by one sad day when I got locked out). But you know what? Participating in both of these challenges has been amazing for me and I am really glad I participated. Maybe next year, I will win NaBloPoMo, too. ;)Congratulations to everyone who won NaBloPoMo and for all those who didn't quite make it, I am with you!

I was happy to read that it is ok to use my established blog as my main NaBloPoMo blog. I realized the other day that I have had this blog for almost a year. Before NaBloPoMo, I was averaging about 1 post per week which was my goal. While I am happy that I met the goal, I also think that the blogs I like best are the ones that blog more often. I was way ahead in NaNoWriMo so I didn't have to write the full amount. THANK GOODNESS! I am not sure I could have made it. In my mind this challenge is either 0% or 100% - you blog 30 days in a row or you don't. I was out last night, it was 10:00 pm and we were catching some music when I realized a) I hadn't posted on my blog yet and b) I wasn't sure I would be in time to do so.
