Home again

Snow, stories, Smoke Hole, family and fruitcake sums up the weekend. It started with snow in the mountains and wine at Julie's, and got busier from there. I'll be writing about it all week on my blog, www.grannysu.blogspot.com

Saturday Storytelling

It was fun! Two performances and the funniest thing ws that the second one was almost all my family in the audience. When you have a large famiy, I guess that's not hard to do. I don't perform in this area often, so it was a good opportuniy for my family to hear me and we all had a great time. Mostly preschool children meant a change in my story plans to accommodate their listening ability and interests.

off for the weekend

I'll be storytelling in Virginia this weekend, at Fauquier County libraries in Warrenton and Bealeton. And making fruitcakes with my sisters, and visiting son Jon and family too. Posting might be a challenge!
