Letters to Yourself
"Write a letter to yourself, then in one year or more, I will return
the letters to you. I will not open them so you can write whatever you
want. Think about what's important to you, what's been on your mind,
and maybe some advice you'd like to give yourself in one year."
I did this every year with every class for seven years and now I have a box of these letters that I have never returned - and it's been ten years.
