So much for a music day, works going to be the majority of my tomorrow...

Hopefully Saturday will be a music day...

Getting ready to pitch Sunday, doing some pitching studying...

And helping Peter lead worship this coming weekend...

Talking with Family tonight, funny and sad stories...

Sad how fragmented our family is... I'm very happy that we've established a large "extended family" of friends, etc...

Still thinking of music, but haven't gotten any time to put towards it...

I'm hoping to put my head down, and get a ton of work done tomorrow, and have time for music on Friday...

My sister is nearby for work, and got to hang out with her a bit...

Started cutting my calorie intake again. When I did weight watcher's a few years ago, I lost 30 pounds, just by adjusting my diet.

I need to lose this weight, and rebuild my leg muscles... I've torn ligaments in both knees over the years (had my right knee repaired, and re-tore it again)

My usual Monday night, although enjoying a fun Pittsburgh game, 75th anniversary celebration of the Steelers... It's great to see all the old players...

Although it's crazy at this point, to have seen some of the great players of the game, start and finish their careers, at this point in my life...

Stinks to get old... I remember being able to run for hours, without breaking a sweat...

Now I almost passed out running to first...
