Dear April, you bitch;
Seriously. Four inches of rain in one night is a little overkill, don’t you think? When you do things like that, people like my husband lose sleep. Why? Because he gets up every half hour and checks to see if you’ve flooded the basement.
And you did. Maybe you thought you were being “nice” to us by not giving us 24″ of sewer backup in the basement (as your sister June has in the past), but even half an inch in t

RE: feedback
Look, I am trying to tell myself that it’s not really all that important whether I get feedback or not. I track everything I ship and I make sure it’s gotten delivered. I’ve got my money. It’s over, the end. Feedback is just a little nicety, the equivalent of an after-dinner mint.

Dear April;
I realize that your very nature is to be wet and somewhat cool. But your sibling that came here before you, March, has already tried this stuff with us. March was the second wettest on record around here.
Maybe you feel a bit usurped. I can understand that. After all, you are one half of the star duo in the phrase, “April showers bring May flowers.” Wet is your gig. Thunder and lightning are like accessories to you.
