My housemate just came home and he can "just hear the snow stacking up outside" and wants to go walk in it. He needs a companion. I've already walked dog twice so I'm all set but, yeah, dude, take dog out. nice. I'm up in bed with a big bowl of popcorn, a fine beer and the choice of watching old Buffy episodes or reading my book. I think I'm going to read. I'm still enjoying "The Generals Ulysses S. Have you ever watched 30 Rock? It is a great show. Tina Fey is the star and she totally kicks ass. Alec Baldwin is pretty great too. This episode she had a date with a twenty-year old who lies about his age and says he is 25 and she lies about her age...well, she just doesn't correct him when he calls her 29 when she is actually 37. But he starts telling her about an afterhours party in Brooklyn and she says, "I'm 37, please don't make me go to Brooklyn." This when he admits to being 20.

A friend of mine is in Anger, France and he wrote a blog today. I read it. I wanted to be inspired by his post but what do I have to write about that compares with the goings-on of a rock star visiting France?

This morning...wait, is the kid reading this? not. Anyway, I got up and made some coffee and got on line and ordered the Kid's xmas gift. I felt really pretty good about it. I had decided what I was going to give him about a month ago and asked around and then googled it and found it. I saw that there was a website where I could buy it and as I wasn't ready to spend the money at that time, I put it off.
