She has served as the senior customer care thought leader and customer evangelist in entrepreneurial and fast-growth SMBs, as well as Fortune 200 companies.

Wendy is a founder and Chief Product Development Officer of Prosper Corporation. Prosper offers transformational approaches to the relationship between business success and quality of life. Prosper's products include training and consulting in customer care, executive development, and advanced approaches to networking.

Wendy also serves as Director of Sourcing and Performance Optimization at Driva Solutions in Seattle. Her work with Driva includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies for some of the premier global brands in the mobile telephony, travel and hospitality, and restaurant industries.

A classical choral soprano, Wendy has performed at the Grand Teton Music Festival with the San Francisco Festival Chorale. She has also performed with the Calvary Presbyterian Chancel Choir on a concert tour of France, including performances at the Rouen Cathedral, and most recently, in performances of Bach's St Matthew Passion with the Santa Rosa Girls' Chorus.
