first sentence:
"If this was The Lord of the Rings and I had a smart British voice like Cate Blanchett, I could tell you the background of the events of that fall in a really suspenceful way. And you'd be straining to hear the rest."
my five points:
1. a facinating follow up to the last book. i enjoyed how this was pretty much all in Bon Temps.
2. it sucks that sookie broke up with quinn, i think under different circumstances they really had a chance. but since he pretty much ratted them out to the vamps of las vegas, i can see why she would no longer want to see him.
3. the blood tie with eric has finally paid off! and now she has the vamps in her corner, and no matter what if she calls they have to defend her no matter what. thank god, she deserves protection
4. things are really starting to go sookie's way. even though things have gone wrong at least her bonds with people have become stronger and she is now being seen as force. even the vamps of las vegas know who she was and what she can do. and now she's backed up by most of the supernatural world.
5. she has finally met her great grandfather, who is a fairy prince. who would have thought! and she also gets to meet her nephew who has the same gift that she has!
