Whoops, I fail at this enterprise. Oh well.

Still doing NaNo. It's going all right, better than it was. I still hate my characters, still have no real plot, and wish desperately that this is all over. One of my friends has pretty much given up again, and I wish she would stay. Can't make her though.


What's been happening in my life lately? Not a whole lot. Went over to Ten Pin Alley the other night with some friends and hung around in the lounge part, upstairs. We didn't rent a table (it's $40 an hour!) so we just sat around catching up and drinking. Then, back at the apartment, we watched some Dane Cook before everyone started falling asleep. The next afternoon we followed up with beer and wings at Wild Wing Cafe over in Alpharetta, and watched the Steelers game (while trying to avoid making the passionate fan among us even more angry by making cracks about how crappy the game was going in the first half).

It was a good weekend (except for the very tail end, which I will not bother with here). And so far it's been a pretty good week.
