My Latest Masterpiece

I have been dabbling a bit more with photography and recently had the opportunity to photograph my friend Tim's band (he is the drummer). They are getting ready to play some gigs in the area and wanted a cover for their CD and possibly a poster. Never mind that I have no experience taking pics in low light, concert stage settings or action photography, but I offered my services at a great price (free). Some of them turned out all right, I think, for my first attempt. One of my favorites of the entire band was taken using the slow synchro flash mode which gave the picture a blurry appearance (first photo), then I added a colored edge effect in my photo editing program and it softened the color a bit and gave the photo more depth.
