Question here....

I have been with a group of fantasy artists for a while now but all my work seems to be along the light side not the dark side that some artists prefer. Someone mentioned to me somewhere that my art seemed to be more folk artish than fantasy. What do you think? A long time ago I use to really be into creating Country/Folk art work - mainly wood work. I am researching that vein of art again to see if that would be a better path to take.

Do you have any pictures of your wool work? I have done some woodcarving... has a cottage kind of look to it. I would class you art as fantasy. I could see you illustrating a child's fantasy story. I picked a child's book simply because your art has a dreamy, fun, bright, and innocent appeal opposed to dark fantasy.
