Cut and Paste

I figured I could always cut and paste my post...I don't know how well I will keep up, you can always check my real blog but here is my 2nd letter!

Dear House,

Thank you for being our shelter for the past three years. Not only have you seen our family grown but during our stay here you have been updated with a few things. We only hope when we leave you that work will continue on you. You deserve it. You have been a good home, keeping us safe from the rain and the (really) heat. If the walls could talk I am sure they would say that we are a great family full of love. There aren't to many secrets that would be shared since we all seem to wear our feelings like a vest for most of the world to see. We found out for sure today that we will be leaving you by choice. We hope to improve someone else's life as well as our own. Please don't forget us and the pictures we hung so securely on your walls. Know that when we hung those pictures we were also hanging our hearts there. We potty trained Logan in this house, taught him how to ride a bike, he learnt how to swing in the back yard, as well as play "mother may I?" and he had his first official day to school in this house. We found out we were having a baby in this house, we brought Evan into this house knowing it was safe for him and we have shared many celebrations in this house. You weren't only a house but a home for us and as we leave you remember we take you with us in our memories and in our hearts.
