Warming up

So here I am. My schedule is full already, and now I've added another thing to my plate. I'm challenging myself to post every day in November. I'm not a creature of habit or routine, so this is going to be very challenging for me. I tried to make art everyday in 2005 and post it on a blog. I made it to the second week in January and stopped. The fire in my belly for creating daily art quickly dimmed and went out.

All was not lost, however. At that time I resolved that when my 40th year of life rolled around I would record it one way or another through art of some kind. I considered daily (too much, I'm afraid), weekly (good, depending on the format I choose) and monthly. I have leaned toward doing a weekly quickie art and something a little more elaborate like a fabric journal page per month. Aha! Maybe my daily record can be writing in an art journal or on a blog.

So, why am I telling you this now? Well, my 40th year begins at 10:29 am on December 5th, 2007. The time is drawing near and I need to make a final decision soon. HELP! Has anyone done similar projects, known someone who has or have any advice/ideas for me?
