Oh dear ~ Fridge Friday

So, as part of NaBloPoMo, I joined the “Fridge Friday” group. Where you post a photo of your fridge every Friday. All well and good, thought I when I signed up for it. Friday’s are my day off and also the day that I go shopping. Except today. I had to go to the Doctors this morning for a blood test and then straight into town as my car was in for it’s service at the garage. That shouldn’t have taken so long, but the I was waiting for some tyres to be put on the car. But, the tyres went missing, so I spent 4 hours walking around Gloucester today waiting for them to call me and tell me that the car was ready. But the call never came. At 2pm I went back to the garage, the tyres were still “on route” and I had to pick B up from school. So I left and am going back tomorrow to have the tyres sorted. So. It transpires that I spent 4 hours walking around for no reason. I’m starving because the blood test that I had this morning was a fasting test, so I didn’t have any breakfast, and never seemed to have time to get anything to eat. My pelvis is also in bits. But not literally. If I spend too long on my feet now my Pelvis makes itself known and I’m now lying on the sofa in absolute agony, despite having taken a couple of shit hot painkillers when I got home. Hope I’m going to be ok for Karate tomorrow.

Anyway, here’s a picture of my sad, empty fridge and I’m hoping that it will be full to the brim next Friday.

So in there, we can see: a water filter “thing”, Utterly Butterly, wine, bread, yoghurts, jam, cheese, cream, ham, Peanut Butter,chocolate brownie flavoured milkshakes, some Chilli Tomato Ketchup, a bottle of Baileys and bottles of coke, water and lemonade.

It’s a bit depressing really. I’d better go shopping tomorrow.
