Hi there and thank you for joining my group of randomness! I'm Maria and I'm in our nation's capital and I like the idea of blogging for thirty days because writing 2000 words a day for thirty days is impossible with a toddler.
Whee! I'm done. Now you?
(Pee Ess: The group graphic comes from here and was a perfect example of how cool randomness can be. So there.)

Ain't nothing like organizing the aimless! Thanks for establishing this group. I'll echo what others have said: many things interest me, so blogging on one theme would be maddening to do and vexing to read.
After reading some of these introductions, I feel like I've found my people!
Focus on a single topic??? That seems like it would be the same as focusing on only one child or trying to drive a 1 wheeled car. My blog was once called "all purpose." I guess that fits.
I started my blog three years ago as an outlet for all that was going haywire in my life. A therapy blog, if you will. Everything from my new (at the time) separation to the sham election and all points in between. Much more fun than paper journaling.
Hello, I'm a sex worker (an erotic masseuse - oh, please don't go all moral on me. It's a dirty job, somebody's got to do it) and I started off writing about that, but then I got bored (penises are not terribly interesting really) so now I just write about whatever takes my fancy. I even wrote about lesbian cows the other day. I think this qualifies me as being random enough for this group.

My blog generally goes under the "what the hell are you waffling about now?" category. I always find it a pain in the rear when someone asks what the topic/genre is and I respod with "ummm, well, whatever catches my eye actually!" Up until the last month or so I was a very sporadic blogger, but then with seven kids - one of whom is only 3 months old, it's difficult sometimes to get the time to do it! Like now for instance, even as I'm typing two of the girls - aged 4 and 2 - are screaming at each other.. oh the joy! :D
