A parent recommended Ellen Notbohm's Ten Things Every Child With Autism Wishes You Knew to me. It was fantastic! I frequently lend it to parents of my students.

My favorite parenting book is Children with Fragile X Syndrome: A Parents' Guide by Jayne Dixon Weber. It helps a bunch.
And of course my favorite website is the national fragile x website at http://www.fragilex.org/html/home.shtml
