What are you bringing?

So, what are you guys packing?

I'm wondering if there will be extra time for spa treatments or to go to the gym.

I'm bringing some business/contact cards, business casual type clothes, and some books to read on the plane.

I'm coming from Boston, BTW.

My husband said that if there was time to get a massage as my Mother's Day treat. Maybe that first afternoon if there's time and my flight comes in before the festivities begin.

Don't know what to pack. I'm in between clothes since I have a baby. I'm hoping people go somewhat casual.

Great questions! I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to wear too! But as the hostess - I might have to go with the black pants thing. But it is casual.. feel comfortable is the most important thing.

And, we are going to keep you pretty busy so probably no time for spa treatments, but we are doing some fun things like a wine tasting with Ted Allen (he's on Bravo's Top Chef as a judge).. and we have a fun dinner planned & game night. Not to mention real speakers, et all. But the best part I think is going to be meeting everyone.

Oh, and I mentioned business casual clothes because my wardrobe ranges from former work clothes, to business casual (going out to dinner type clothes) to "I really shouldn't leave the house looking like this".

I'm so excited about the J&J event. I'm going to post on my blog later and get us all hooked up with some graphic buttons for our sites so everyone can see that we're going! I just did something similar with the Disney event I'm going to later in April. I'll keep you all informed when I get my post up.

I'm bringing my laptop, MP3 player, comfy clothes (I need to go on a shopping spree!), NEW MAKE-UP. I've been meaning to do this for a while, this is a good reason!

PS: Is anyone going to do the theme for the month of April? I think I'm going to do the alphabet in pictures. We'll see...

What do you guys have printed on your business cards? Your blog info or your real name and address?

I have cards that have my name, blog address, home address, phone number and personal email address - I use these for personal purposes. I also have my "blog" cards - On these I have only my name, blog address and blog email address.

I am going to order some blog/freelance writing business cards, too. I've been meaning to for a while and this is giving me a kick in the boot-ay to do so.

Don't forget your cameras! I am also bringing comfy, cute shoes.

I have mommy cards for local stuff, but I also have blog cards with my blog address/email address.

Those Moo.com are very cool, BTW - I had never seen them before but I may have to get some of those for myself also :)

I saw a lot of Moo cards at BlogHer last year...I'm going to get some of those too at some point. On my bus. cards, I have my real name, phone number, email address and blog addresses.

I'll have my camera too, for sure! I'll probably live blog the whole event while we're there.
