NaBloPoMo

National Blog Posting Month

Where will you be posting your NaBloPoMo entries?

I am just wondering, who will be posting their NaNoBloPoMo entries here and who is going to post them on their "other/personal" blog?"

I'll be posting them to my own blog for sure and pasting to NaBloPoMo as well, not sure if I'll do it immediately after posting to my blogger blog

This discussion sort of half answers the questions I had in my head......

So you're saying we post to our regular blog and then copy/paste the same post over into the "My Blog" section of our Profile Page here at NaBloPoMo? Or does it do it automatically?

I am almost 110% sure you have to do it manually. This is the component of NaBloPoMo that seems more complex to me this year. Double blogging is not something I really want to do - but I feel like if I don't then I miss out on the sense of community about it here.

Thanks Michelle!
I don't really see myself having a problem with posting at both places. I was mainly just wondering if that's how it was done.
Plus, I need to have a record of my blogging for friends and family that might be watching my NaBloPoMo page. I've already had a family member say that they didn't think I would be able to keep up for 30 straight days. I'll show 'em! LOL

I will be posting them on my personal blog because I can not bring myself to continuously visit and addict myself to one more blogging site. :)

Trisha I am with you on this one I think. I have reached my blog site addicition limit. I will of course visit everyone's site to check out what people are talking about but I. Must. Back. Away. From. More. Blog. Commitments. Plus my main goal for the month is to do a creative writing entry each day, not necessarily jsut blog.

i think Trisha just hit the nail right on the head: i gotta not be adding even more deliciously bloggy reading addictions, or i'll never come up with enough time to actually *write* anything myself.

unless i can cut out all that bothersome time spent at work...

Trisha, it's too late for me... I'm addicted and I've been online forever surfing these great sites.
*one more*just one more and I'll leave*5 more minutes* yeah yeah I hear you, I'm coming to bed... I swear*groannnn*

I'm posting to my blog La Canta Magnifico Blog, and letting the RSS feed link take the strain of cross-posting (it sends the posts to the left-hand column, but I think it'll work fine).

My plan has now gone out of the window. Since my blog host is experiencing downtime, I will have to put posts in the NaBloPoMo blog system, simply to get round the technological barriers to the task. Lucky NaBloPoMo is based here this time around...

Of course, if the blog host won't let me do that, the blog posting feature in NaBloPoMo will do just fine!

I will be posting mine to my personal blog. This is just what I (hopefully) need to get off my butt and get blogging again...

I will only be posting to my personal blog.

But I do want to remind you that you do not need to crosspost here unless you want to; you are still counted as a participant when you post on your own site, and you should not feel obligated to use Ning.

I'll be posting to my own blog, Heir to Magic, since my goal with joining NaBloPoMo is to make sure I don't forget I already have a novel in the works as I take on writing another one. I am hoping that posting on my novel's website every day will make me focus more on that novel and not slack off and let it lay dormant any longer than it already has.

I'll be posting to my personal blog, I already double post so adding a 3rd is just a bit much. What would be ideal is if our ning accounts could accept RSS feeds... then it WOULD work automatically... a pipe dream?
