I'd like to get somewhere near the Grand/Cathedral Hill area. Not too far from where I'm at, though, because I'll probably still have the same job.

Ooh, that's where my hubby and I initially wanted to live when we moved here from San Diego. Since we've fallen in love with Uptown, that's a close second for the future. What a fun place to live! I try to get over there periodically for an afternoon so I can hit Cafe Latte, grab some cookies at Bread & Chocolate, and then shop at Evla Pottery and the yarn shop next door. An afternoon on Grand is near about heaven!

I live right by Macalester in the Mac-Groveland neighborhood. We just moved back after a few years in upstate New York. And I agree, Grand Avenue is just about the best place to be anywhere. :)

We *used* to live in Eden Prairie. Can I still stay? Heh. I miss a lot of things, but I sure don't miss the traffic :D

We now live in Des Moines metro, Iowa. I know - nothing but corns you say. However, it does offer a lot of events that are very family oriented and schools are *almost* as good.

If Jennic can stay, can I? I lived in Powderhorn Park area for 7 years, but now am in SoDak. I miss the cities and come back to visit at least once every 45 days, give or take a couple.
