What qualifies you as a mid-westerner?

I don't live in the midwest but did for 20 years. Chicago (twice), St. Louis (twice), and Cleveland. Does that qualify me for joining the midwesterns? Part of my heart is still there.

The corn on East Coast is good, but not as good as the Midwest. It's a down right shame that we are using it for fuel. I guess that's progress.; ▶ Reply to This

Don't know where Chillicothe is, but I'm going to find out. I think Ohio has more geographical interest than the average person is aware. It's got the great lakes, farmlands, hills, weather - snow belt and great summer weather in the north, and the beauty of Amish Country. It's kind of a sneak up from behind you state. No one pays a lot of attention to it but appreciates once they get to really see it.; ▶ Reply to This
