About Me:: I'm a food-loving, wine-drinking, good time sort of girl. My husband and I spend much time and money in the pursuit of the enjoying life to the fullest! We have a great group of friends who support us in this endeavor. This is very important since it makes cooking and entertaining so much easier. I started my blog with some gentle prodding from my husband (and the promise of a new PC) a couple of months ago. I think this challenge is a great way for me to really jump right in to the world of blogging. Who knows, I may even delurk one day.

Usually we get about 30 kids by our house for halloween, but this year we only got about 15. I don't know if it was because of the time change being pushed back a week, but they came around later as well. Did anyone notice a difference in the number of trick or treaters?

The breakfast of my dreams

I didn't even know I had a breakfast of my dreams until I today. When I actually had it. We went up to Ogunquit, ME for a getaway weekend with our good friends, Christine, who happens to be my cousin, and Mike. Christine's parents have given them a gift certificate to an Inn up there for Christmas for the past 6 years.
