Insha'Allah I'm working on an entry for TheMuslimah.com that reflects this. It's amazing to write down things that have not been like that for so long.

I know this makes it a kind of boring entry for NaBloPoMo...but oh well. I have more things I could have posted about but I didn't really want to bore anyone who bothers reading this with my story of how I ended up trying to get a Cherry Coca-Cola today and how once again it didn't happen.

Today I was taught a life lesson, from a stranger. We went to eat and the lady serving us, who happened to be very warm and funny, taught me that my children don't keep me busy enough. My youngest may be crawling now, and driving me bananas because I have to watch him all the time. My oldest may be so talkative, wanting quality time all the time, and not allowing me to have much 'me' time anymore. But it's never too much.…

I'm going to be trying a recipe from the internet for this beautiful dish for the first time. I'm nervous about it because I have never made it, I'm not Indian, and I suck at my first attempts at recipes for some reason. (I wonder if it is because I don't follow directions due to my own stubborn self?...AHA!)
