well, I dont update as often as I should... Anyways I've decided for the moment Star Euphoria's home will be on DA perhaps if I build a fan base it may be able to afford its own domain and that way I can use the Comic add on from word press.
you can check out a few sketches for the moment
hereOther news, Im still a noob on the tablet. its not easy to get the same pressure lines, that and I hate backgrounds and complicated space ship designs. Am I being to ambitious? God knows, I'll do my best regardless.
I promise to update more and work harder on my freaking story line! :P

holidays are in full swing! I had a great christmas with my boyfriend and his family. I received the wonderful tablet for my christmas present and have been getting better at it every day. I got the wonderful Pensketch genius 9x12. its pretty big but its really good for its price.
Ive been working hard on my webcomic plot and some new sketches for panels but its been very very hard for me to get exactly what I want for this comic. Annoyingly the website I planned to use to publish my webcomic does not support the add-on unless you pay. so... Im trying to find another place to publish. I am aiming for jan/feb to release but Im not sure in my current mood I may not reach that deadline.
Anyway... I need to practice some more. And decide on a spaceship design
so holidays begin!
Joyous freedom!! It is so sweet!
I finally have time to completely delve into making a webcomic which I'm surprised at considering I'm still highly motivated to get it together and finish at some stage.
There's so much that goes into a webcomic really... especially a good one, looking at at a lot of webcomics I've noticed quite a few things that make them successful and interesting to me. Its a big balancing act.
Plot, development of characters, drawing and originality, these are only but a few things that keep me interested.
I've read so many that have an interesting plot but characters don't have depth or evolve in the the plot... or recently I read a comic that I had NO IDEA what the heck was going on until the plot eventually came and the explanation for the name of the webcomic was lame and I stopped reading altogether, but the drawing style is really really good at times.
I wish there were more conventions in my home town... but no there are a few upcountry but its pretty expensive to get to and Im not exactly rolling in cash :P.
Anyways... if I manage to get some good drawing practice in these holidays and organize more of the main and sub plots you could see the comic early next year.. at first I thought I would be able to start now, but Im not even near happy to publishing anything yet, the plot alone is still barely together.
Anyways, no new GOOD webcomics yet.. and Im getting up to current updates of dominic deegan... which makes me sad.
well, finished both my exams, the only thing remaining now is this stupid exhibition...
That and I have to go in mon/tues next week... blah. I want to be free and dwelve into this webcomic I so badly want to do.
As Rene pointed out yesterday though I have many loop holes and I saw that actually a lot of my characters have too much in common... so Im trying to find some sort of idea that I can adapt them all too, or have the climax to the story in sight and build toward that. Even if it isnt the final plot end its where I can start focusing and restructuring as I go..
Great, so how does one get inspiration? definitely when you're supposed to be working! Which reminds me I should be doing that...
No new webcomics yet.. hopefully something interesting will turn up.
Oh lastly if you want to start your own webcomic I reccomend this website, though I know its a little bit of a blogger website I found the features for webcomics better here at
wordpress It's where one day.. star euphoria or star chasers.. Im not sure yet (ooooo look you know possible titles)

For the moment, I am MIA. I've just had my 21st birthday party this weekend and a exam today - history of photography. I freaked out a little bit for it but it ended up being alright and a lot of repeated questions from the june paper.
I've got my portfolio as well as another exam on friday to worry about so unfortunately a lot of things like looking for new webcomics and drawing has been put on hold. Im still sketching down ideas and practicing to hopefully start my own webcomic! Yes, but its a long way off and a lot of these holidays are going to be spent cramming ideas and characters into a reasonable plot.
Anyways, I had a awesome Medieval/fantasy birthday party. After awhile I contemplated going as a type of Lighting character but that failed after I realised the amount of work needed to even resemble something as awesome as that. I ended up being a elf, with real leaves attached to myself. With my thanks to miss velociraptor again.
