I love writing as much as I love reading. And while I update my own blog on a regular basis I've never written every day for a month straight, not even a week straight. So I see this as a fun challenge plus if I can stick with this for 30 days maybe, just maybe, that discipline will spill over into other parts of my life. Cross your fingers!
I'm so glad there's someone else who likes handwritten letters, too. I miss those days - checking for new email simply doesn't compare with the anticipation of checking to see if there's mail for you in the snail mail box. :-)
Hey - just wanted to drop by - I've been trying to get to everyone's blog in a relatively timely manner, but just don't have time to comment everyday.
I feel you on the allergy thing - mine have been going absolutely insane lately - and I refuse to take anything for them because I always feel drugged out and worse.
You're the second person to suggest Dexter to me - but since I don't get pay channels, I haven't been able to check it out. Once the crazy, 72-hour work weeks stop it's on my list of things to do.
I *love* Shaun of the Dead - it's one of those movies I can watch over and over again, and giggle like a fool each time. Hot Fuzz was definitely good, too, but I didn't find it quite as funny as Shaun. I can't wait to see what they makers of both come up with next, though. :-)

P.S. I haven't been able to leave a comment on your regular blog (I think one has to have an account) which is why I left a comment here.
In case you were wondering...
